“Earlier this year Todd Allen, Crosse Bearden, Gavin Giglio and Nick Walker flew south to Brazil looking for an escape from the cold winter season. The four rode everyday for two weeks and tried to film as much as they could. The trip was extra special for Nick Walker as he was able to complete a long outstanding goal of wakeboarding on all six possible continents with South America being his last.

This video features the four at Sunset Wake Park located in Goiania, Brazil. They credit Slingshot Wakeboards, Hyperlite Wakeboards and Ronix Wakeboards for making this trip happen for them and can’t wait to go back down. Enjoy the video!”

Following his near-death experiences, Matt Manzari has an unbelievable story, but what’s even more unbelievable is Matt’s perseverance and perspective on life. Over the past few years he’s teamed up with Centurion Boats to share his story and spread the word and lifestyle of watersports. Now, they’re working together on the We Wake Waves initiative, a campaign designed to encourage intentional positive actions on and around the water. To kick it off, they created this video on Matt, his family, the power of keeping time in perspective as we all journey through space together on this rock we call Earth.

At just 15, Fynn Bullock is quickly making a name for himself amongst the ranks of professional wakeboarding, not to mention snowboarding. The multi-talented board rider has been killing it the last couple years, topping it off with Rookie of the Year honors in the 2020 Supra Boats Pro Wakeboard Tour. Not to mention, he’s arguable as skilled in park riding as he is behind the boat.

Fynn spent some time filming with another all-around wake legend, Shane Bonifay, to film an edit that showcased his skills. The results are here, in “Who Is Fynn Bullock?” Take a few minutes and watch this madness, it answers the question of the title pretty emphatically.

November 20, 2019 was Bear Day. So the crew at Valdosta Wake Compound did the smart thing and hung out with the baddest bear around: the 2019 Wake Awards Photographer of the Year, Bryan “Golden Bear” Soderlind. While video might be king these days, there is something special about freezing a moment in time via still photo. Fortunately, Bear is smarter than the average bear, and the crew decided to mix the two into one project. Below you’ll see not only the action-packed and fun-filled photos, but also the video – with the photos integrated into the motion aspect. It is a unique look at the unique styles of the Space Mob crew, and what makes VWC an iconic wake park.
